Terms & Cons
Orders
-Orders can be submitted via the Order Form located at the "order form" tab.Or by email to twiinniies@live.com
-All enquiries will be replied within 24 hours unless,
1. We're overseas,
2. Your order form was not filled completely,
3. Your location is not in Singapore.
-Swaps are welcome , only if we're interested.
-Price increase follows accordingly to your policies

Payment
-Prices are negotiable,but please be reasonable
-Cash only

Collection
-Collections are available only at Bukit Panjang area, Greenridge shopping center, CCK LRT & others at our convenience.
-$2-$3 will be added at your convenience.It depends
-Customers who have yet to make payment and want to collect their items at CCK lrt (ie Cash on Delivery) are given only 3 days to arrange for a meet up, otherwise your order will be canceled and your items will no longer be reserved for you.
-Registered postage is available at an additional $2.30 and will be mailed out within 3 days. We will email you the tracking code within 24 hours of dispatching.
